PMG is devoted to building a reliable and dedicated team. Customer Contact Associates undergo intensive
training and ongoing development. They are rewarded a monthly monetary compensation based on their qualitative
and quantitative efforts. Initially hired as part-time employees, associates may be afforded full-time
opportunities with paid benefits.

Customer Contact Associate
Customer Contact Associates are the primary point of contact for our customers and are the key to our
organization's success.
Customer Contact Associates assist our client by
- acquiring new customers
- maintaining and/or service existing customers
- obtaining valuable information for clients
- developing new leads for future sales
Many of our Associates answer inbound and/or launch outbound phone calls, sell products and services,
and provide customer service in a call center environment. Associates communicate with both private customers,
as well as a wide variety of outside businesses.
Customer Contact Associate positions require excellent communication and persuasion skills, creative
problem solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and are proficient with Windows based
applications. Prior telemarketing experience is desirable, but not a requirement.

- One year of Customer Contact experience is ideal and sales experience is desirable
